Terms & Conditions 

1.All prices are subject to the addition of VAT.We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.

2.Payment must be made on collection or before delivery of order by credit card or cleared cheque, except where credit facilities have been approved. Our standard terms of credit are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with government legislation.

3.ICL will take all reasonable care in the handling of all materials supplied by the client, but shall not be liable for any damage or loss, however caused.

4.All sizes quoted are nominal.ICL shall accept no liability for such minor variations in size.

5.The client accepts that colour matching is subjective and that totally accurate colour matching to 100% fidelity is rarely possible.However, ICL will endeavour to achieve the closest possible colour match within the limitations of materials and processes used.Where accurate colour matching is essential, the client shall provide sample materials for use by ICL as colour matching guides.

6.Prices shown are based on the client supplying printer-ready files. Should any adjustments,retouching etc be required, ICL reserve the right to charge for this at a rate of £30 per half hour.

7.ICL may at times supply products with slight variations from details shown due to circumstances beyond our control.Any photos, diagrams, information or specification should therefore be used as a guide only.

8.ICL have a policy of continuous improvement and therefore reserve the right to alter specifications, discontinue or substitute products without prior notification.

9.All goods and special offers are sold subject to availability.

10.A deposit will be required for all equipment hired.Any damage to such equipment will be charged for at replacement value plus any incurred costs.
